Assembly of such a large project requires a team
Holes are piloted first to allow the screw to hit its target.

Then glue and screws are used to bond the joint

Eva sizes up the shelves which fit into the dadoes |
We chose to use screws as a method of assembly because it locks the components rebate tight into the rebate. Also it requires less clamps for assembly
After sliding the back in, the cabinet is squared up and locked with screws.
The backs must be removable for finishing

Some Modifications are done to fit the styles on.

Sanding styles before Assembly
Glue is applied to rebate and we used tape and clamps to fasten them

Maya Prepares the fillers that go inside the groove left on the front styles.
Test and Set up a stop block to cut all the fillers of the same size
Then they are glued in with spring clamps
Some glue and spring clamps do all the superhero magic!
After the Front Rail (ARC) is produced, the fillers are crosscut and all 3 are glues in place
