Boring the hole for hinges on the door

 After the Door is cut and Edged on all four sides, It is time to bore the hole for the full overlay euro hinge. Here Hamid is setting up the fence on the boring machine.

Our mounting plates are "0" and so tests were done to determine the "Drilling distance" so our full overlay door arrived flush with the outside of the Hinged Gable.

 After testing, we arrived at the correct setting to be flush without using the adjustments on the hinge.

Then Hamid accurately layed out his machining and was assured all was correct.

With a phillips screw driver, the euro hinge can be adjusted + or - 2mm (1/8")
